Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients on low speed. Mix just until no flour streaks remain; dough will be slightly sticky.
