A quick and easy fall cocktail that combines spiced apple cider, tequila blanco, and fresh lime juice for a warm, comforting drink perfect for autumn gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces Tequila Blanco
  • 4 ounces Spiced Apple Cider
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 ounce Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Coarse Salt or Cinnamon Sugar (for rimming)
  • Ice (large cubes preferred)
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)
  • 1 Thin Apple Slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of margarita glasses and dip into coarse salt or cinnamon sugar. Place glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, fresh lime juice, spiced apple cider, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
  4. Remove glasses from the freezer. Strain the mixture into the chilled glasses over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice. Stir gently to release the aroma and serve immediately.

Notes

For a batch version, mix tequila, cider, and lime juice in a pitcher and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add ice and shake individual portions when serving. Use 100% agave tequila for the cleanest taste. If the drink is too sweet, add extra lime juice; if too sour, add more simple syrup.
