Easy Witches Brew Halloween Punch

Easy Witches Brew Halloween Punch - featured image

A spooky, non-alcoholic Halloween punch that combines green apple juice, lemon-lime soda, and grenadine for a vibrant, festive drink that looks like a witch’s brew.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 64 ounces green apple juice
  • 32 ounces lemon-lime soda
  • 2–4 tablespoons grenadine syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen green grapes
  • 1 pound dry ice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon edible glitter or luster dust (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare frozen grapes by washing and drying green grapes, placing them in freezer bags, and freezing for at least 4 hours.
  2. Chill the punch bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving, or add extra ice.
  3. Pour 64 ounces of green apple juice and 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice into the punch bowl and stir gently to combine.
  4. Just before serving, pour in 32 ounces of lemon-lime soda and stir lightly to mix without losing carbonation.
  5. Add 2 cups of frozen grapes to the bowl.
  6. Slowly drizzle 2-4 tablespoons of grenadine syrup over the surface to create red swirls at the bottom.
  7. If using dry ice, place 1 pound in a separate container of water in the center of the bowl to create fog (handle with tongs/gloves).
  8. Serve ladled into cups, ensuring guests get some of the red swirls. Garnish with mint or lemon if desired.

Notes

Add soda last to maintain fizz. If using dry ice, never ingest it and keep away from children/pets. For a less sweet option, use sparkling water and add simple syrup. The punch is best consumed within 2 hours of mixing.
