This savory grilled peach and prosciutto flatbread is the perfect summer recipe, combining sweet grilled peaches, salty prosciutto, creamy cheese, and peppery arugula on a crispy naan base. It’s quick, easy, and guaranteed to impress.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 2 medium ripe but firm peaches
  • 46 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup loosely packed arugula
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
  2. Wash and dry peaches. Cut in half, remove pit, and slice each half into 4-5 wedges. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  3. Grill peach slices for 2-3 minutes per side until charred and slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
  4. Brush one side of each naan bread with olive oil.
  5. Place naan oiled side down on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly charred. Remove with grilled side up.
  6. On the uncooked side of the naan, distribute shredded mozzarella, then arrange grilled peach slices, tear prosciutto into pieces and scatter over peaches, and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
  7. Carefully place topped naan back on the grill. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and bottom is golden brown.
  8. Remove flatbreads from grill. Immediately top with fresh arugula. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey if using. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  9. Let rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

Grilling the peaches first caramelizes their natural sugars and adds smoky depth. Use ripe but firm peaches to prevent them from falling apart on the grill. Toasting the naan on one side before adding toppings prevents sogginess. For best results, serve immediately.
